Privacy Policy

Information we collect

Sahaj English collects the details you give while registering – your name, father's name, mobile number, e-mail address, address and date of birth – and your activity in the learning portal (lessons viewed, exam answers and scores).

How we use it

Your information is used to create and manage your account, confirm admission and examination registrations, verify payments, run examinations fairly, publish results and send you notices. We do not sell your information.

Payments

Payments are made by UPI directly to the institute. We store the transaction reference number (and the screenshot, if you upload one) only to verify your payment.

Examination monitoring

During an online exam the system records events such as leaving the exam screen, so that examinations stay fair. These records are visible to the institute only.

Your choices

You can update your profile and password from your dashboard. To correct or remove your data, contact the institute.
